The initial appointment is for one year with the possibility of renewal for more years subject to performance review. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work on numerical modelingof the magnetosphere-ionosphere coupling using the Space Weather Modeling Framework. **Required Qualifications*** - Ph.D. in Space Physics, or a related field. - Strong background in space physics. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Desired Qualifications*** - Experience with numerical modeling is preferred **Additional Information** Interested candidates should submit the following application materials: - Cover letter detailing your research interests and career goals. - Curriculum Vitae (CV) including a list of publications. - Contact information for three professional references. .
