MillerKnoll’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, 12-week opportunity that provides a 100% real-world experience for students early in their careers. Throughout the summer you will apply academic learning to real-world situations and cultivate leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
As an Research Intern, you will provide research leadership and support to Innovation Team to discover, understand, and communicate insights from our consumers. Help articulate and amplify the needs of our audiences to add value to both users and MillerKnoll.

What You Bring
The skills and experience needed for this role include...
Basic knowledge of research methodologies and design thinking.Ability to analyze, synthesize, and communicate learning and insights. Enrolled and pursuing a four-year Bachelor’s degree with an interest in product design or engineering, design research, or a related field from an accredited college or university, and able to provide transcripts upon request.You must have a GPA of at least 3.0 (overall or within your program) to qualify for consideration in the Intern Program. Must have satisfactorily completed basic coursework in the chosen degree program. Must be authorized to work in the United States.Our Values
