Find a full job description here: https://www.psfc.mit.edu/jobs Job Requirements REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Engineering or a closely related scientific field; minimum of two years of experience; solid organizational, written and verbal communication, technical/scientific writing , and presentation skills; robust interpersonal skills, including the ability to work as part of a diverse team of graduate students, postdocs, research staff, and the ability to promote collaboration and cooperation among teams; time management, planning, and problem-solving skills; and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. PREFERRED: Master’s degree; lab operations experience; and experience having conducted plasma physics and fusion research (experiment, modelling, or simulation) or teaching in physics or engineering field.
