Research Operations, Recruitment Coordinator

The Role

Do you have a passion for helping businesses get input and feedback from their clients? Are you an effective trust-builder and influencer? We are looking for a systems-thinking and relationship-oriented Research Operations Recruiter to help oversee and improve our B2B participant recruitment programs You will drive the day-to-day operations, improve existing processes, and build new recruitment capabilities. Creative problem solving and lead generations are essential to being successful in this role.  
 

You will begin by understanding the current state of our recruitment processes, identifying challenges and gaps while plotting a long-term strategy for improvement. With diversity in mind, you will review research briefs and provide feedback on recruitment requests to recommend changes to improve feasibility. You will help researchers make the most of the connections and resources they have and troubleshoot when issues arise. You will build relationships with peer and partner teams doing similar work with these audiences – improving collaboration, enabling responsible use of participant recruitment channels, and minimizing duplicative research. Over time, you will influence internal stakeholders to enable more efficient and effective participant recruitment – challenging existing norms with empathy and an open mind.  

The Skills and Expertise You Bring

Experience with research recruiting and scheduling customers in B2B environments Experience with panel management Understanding of the ethical considerations for handling customer data  Ability to make connections within a large enterprise organization  Experience crafting processes and frameworks  Experience with applying inclusive recruitment and research practices to real projects  Experience working in an Agile development atmosphere  Can operate independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and objectives  You are resourceful and proactively seek out answers from others  Unafraid to ask tough questions to understand the big picture  Experience with leading through change  Knowledge of research processes

The base salary range for this position is $71,000-$112,000 per year.  

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
