Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Research Operations Recruiting Coordinator. Serving in this role, you will be tasked with managing research study participants, ensuring efficient study setups, and maintaining high levels of organization and attention to detail. Responsibilities: • Administer the end-to-end management of research study participants. • Coordinate the setup for various types of research studies including interviews, in-person research, diary studies, and usability studies. • Utilize Google Sheets/Excel to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. • Balance multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are handled efficiently. • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders. • Demonstrate reliability in following detailed procedures and instructions. • Operate comfortably in an administrative role, providing necessary support where needed.
