Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Research Partnerships Program Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research initiatives and make a significant impact in the fight against cancer.
Position OverviewAs the Research Partnerships Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in working with the Assistant Center Director for Research Community Partnerships and other leaders within Moffitt’s Office of Community Outreach, Engagement & Equity to manage and coordinate research partnerships with community organizations, academic institutions, and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining research community partnerships. Facilitating collaboration between Moffitt faculty and community partners. Assisting with the facilitation of complex community-engaged research projects and ensuring alignment with the Center's goals and objectives. Identifying funding opportunities and assisting with grant applications. Coordinating communication and reporting between partners and stakeholders. Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Minimum QualificationsThe ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Experience: A minimum of six years of experience in research program planning, project management, or administration in an academic or community setting. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment. Knowledge: Familiarity with academic cancer center strategic partnership is preferred.
