An opportunity exists to join Research Access as a Senior Associate. The successful candidate will work on a global client servicing team responsible for handling requests via an email queue. We manage proprietary databases, account and contact profiles, entitlements, research distribution, and more in support of Citi colleagues and their clients. Our purpose is to _make every client’s day easier_ . The Research Product Sr Associate is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams. **Responsibilities:** + Process email queue requests daily and contribute to team response rate goals. Continually build proficiency across the variety of requests received (e.g., add client to CRM, troubleshoot access issues, set up subscriptions, grant publishing rights to a new analyst). + Analyze and interpret business trends + Deliver findings and propose new reporting opportunities that directly impact key initiatives across the department + Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously + Understand the Citi Research business and its drivers + Propose process improvement or tech enhancement ideas to increase productivity + Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. **Qualifications:** + 2-4 years of experience in a relevant industry and/or client Servicing background + Detail-oriented + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Ability to execute in a large, matrixed organization + Self-starter with ability to solve problems independently + Intermediate project management and execution skills + Advanced Excel skills preferred + Knowledge of vendor platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, LSEG) preferred **Education:** + Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
