Descriptive Title:Research Program Coordinator
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, 37.5 hours per week.

Description of Duties:
-Plan, perform program management tasks (calendar, departmental announcements etc.) -Participate in development and administration of surgical research studies. -Organize and maintain research compliance documentation. -Conduct literature reviews and summarize. -Prepare research reports. -Curate, organize data using statistical programs. -Develop, communicate research to internal and external audiences. -Orient and train staff, students, trainees.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED: Master-s degree in STEM or public health related fields, i.e., biology, mathematics, epidemiology, biostatistics. Must have excellent writing and communication skills. Candidate must be able to conduct literature reviews, and skilled in organizational outreach and community engagement. PREFERRED: Experiences in study design and biostatistical analysis. Any experience in research study management. Candidates interested in developing a career in STEM education, diversity, equity, and inclusion, or health equity related fields are encouraged to apply.
