Job DescriptionEngage in in-depth exploration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and investigate in related areas for both academic research and industrial applications.Research and develop the AI-agent applications powered by (LLMs) and foundation models. Transfer and apply the cutting-edge research of LLMs into practical solutions for Bosch products and unlock the full potential of AI agents, enhancing their functionality and impact across our product portfolio.Write production code that implements state-of-the-art NLP and LLM models and algorithms, and ensures high quality, scalability, and reliability. QualificationsPh.D. in the field of Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related.Research experience on machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing or related fields.Expertise in LLMs (training, fine-tuning, prompting), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LLM-based agents for reasoning, planning and decision-making within complex systems.Strong proficiency in programming and hands-on experience on AI libraries and toolkits.Strong research abilities demonstrated through a track record of impactful contributions in the field.Strong problem solving and analyzing skills.Excellent communication skills, fluent in Chinese and English (oral and written).Preferred
Experience on multi-modal foundation models.Experience on voice assistants/ real time systems.Experience on deploying AI models on cloud or embedded systems.Experience in knowledge distillation and or parallelization / optimization.
