We are currently looking to hire an experienced Research Scientist to support mission critical training programs. In this role, you will use different measurement approaches to evaluate performance, perform psychometrics, use scientific survey methodologies, perform validations, and develop legally defensible talent evaluation programs.
Requirements:Strong written and oral communication skillsExperience leading a team and developing research strategy and program on how to efficiently evaluate talentExperience developing and iterating on testing, experimenting and evaluating content prior to program launchExperience conducting psychometric analyses to evaluate the integrity and practical application of various methodsUnderstanding of Kirkpatrick Model to support the development of performance-based assessmentsSix (6) years of documented experience in developing assessment and performance evaluationsBachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Organization or a directly related field from an accredited college or universityActive TS/SCI Clearance with PolygraphHighly Preferred: Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Organization or related field from an accredited college or university, and two years of test development and survey analysis experience.Salary Range: A variety of factors can impact the final salary offered, including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specialized skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
