Apply today! Speech Language Pathologist’s ResponsibilitiesProvides comprehensive evaluation of all assigned patients. Develops and administers rehabilitative plan of care consistent with the specific areas of deficit. Implements and maintains records (i.e. progress reports, daily notes and discharge summaries) of patient activity and services provided. Initiates referrals and conveys recommendations to medical, educational and allied health professionals and social agencies. Attends and participates in rounds and other meetings specific to patient needs. Speech Language Pathologist’s QualificationsEducation Required Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and DisordersCertification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) issued by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)within 30 days of hire.
