Research Study Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Research Study Manager to oversee the day-to-day clinical research operations. The ideal candidate will have prior oncology experience, actual Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) experience, and a strong background in supervising other coordinators and workflow. Responsibilities + Supervise and assign tasks to the Disease Specific Group. + Communicate services that support and enable the growth of clinical research, particularly in recruitment, retention, coordination of research, and data management. + Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure the highest standards of practice. + Ensure regulatory compliance across all research activities. + Partner with physicians to educate and assist in selecting studies and explaining feasibility. + Work with various research sites to oversee oncology research, ensuring effective coordination and communication. + Assist doctors in selecting appropriate trials and understanding protocols. + Develop and implement effective screening processes to enhance site enrollment. Essential Skills + Bachelor's Degree in a science discipline. + 3-5 years of oncology experience. + 1 year of supervisory experience. + Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC). + Strong knowledge of clinical operations and oncology research. + Ability to conduct quality assurance audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
