Research Technician
Our client, in franklin, MA is seeking a Research Technician to join their team. As a Research Technician, you will be part of the Research & Development department supporting. The ideal candidate will have Field Study in Chemistry. which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Research Technician Location: Franklin, MA Pay Range: $20 Shift: 1st 7am-3:30pm What’s the Job? + Set up, mix and deliver test chemicals to the test fixture. + Build & maintain test set-ups and carry out adsorbent evaluations using Gas Chromatography (GC), Ion Chromatography (IC), Total Organic Carbon (TOC). + Carry out adsorption media development for specific applications in gas-phase filtration. + Document standard operating procedures for conducting required tests. + Identify actual or potential issues in processes, product performance troubleshooting, etc. + Learn and develop skills in data interpretation and analysis test data along with documentation. Supports and conducts field investigation/testing. Presents at Research department meetings. Maintains test schedule and data/test report archive on the network. Success for the role is not defined solely in the outcome of a project but rather a combination of the results and how these results were achieved.
