Summary of Job Duties:We are seeking a Research Technician to join a collegial and collaborative team in the Department of Pharmacology. This role offers an opportunity to enhance research experience and develop strong communication skills while contributing to ongoing projects in a dynamic research environment.
Qualifications:HS/GED PLUS two (2) year of research experience.

Additional Information:

Responsibilities:

Perform animal handling, including basic procedures and care.Conduct genotyping and standard molecular biology techniques.Maintain and culture cells for experimental purposes.Perform Western Blots, PCR, Flow Cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and microscopy.Assist with general laboratory maintenance, including inventory management and equipment upkeep.Collaborate with researchers and contribute to ongoing projects within the Department of Pharmacology.Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records.
