Summary: We are seeking a skilled contractor to support the implementation of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) with our external customers. The ideal candidate will take on the most time-consuming operational tasks related to our project, complementing our in-house resources. This role involves creating high-quality, realistic documents and tasks for study participants, managing tenants, and translating customer workflows into simulated tasks. Key Responsibilities: * Formulate realistic "fake" documents and tasks for information worker subjects, ensuring they are high-quality and written in fluent English Manage tenants, including: * Setting permissions * Creating tenants * Purchasing and assigning licenses * Troubleshooting access and technology issues * Translate typical customer tasks into simulated tasks relevant to the experiment * Collaborate on A/B testing and experiment design, ensuring smooth execution of randomized controlled trials * Work closely with internal team members to ensure all tasks and experimental setups are aligned with project goals and timelines Typical Day in the Role: * Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to research how copilot affect how people work * Key projects: This role will contribute to research, customer facing, fortune 500 stakeholders, how AI can improve how they work * Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 20% meetings, 30% working on communications and logistics (email and chats with customers and engineering with what needs to get serviced or helped on)
