Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to identify, measure, and mitigate Responsible AI issues in enterprise products powered by generative AI technology and working in close collaboration with partners such as Microsoft Research and product teams.Disqualifiers: Candidates no large industry experience, no familiarly with data analysis, not being detail orientated, and someone who does not have interpersonal skills. Lack of specific hard skills mentioned for the role. Not having technical writing skills. A lot of job hopping.Key projects: This role will contribute to is developing content and product policy guidelines for measuring risks in generative AI.Candidate Requirements

• Best vs. Average; The role requires a background in linguistics or social science and will be part of a fast-paced environment. Prior MSFT is a plus. Ability to speak with high stakeholder and manage workload efficiency

Join the Search Assistant and Intelligence Responsible AI Science team to identify, measure, and mitigate Responsible AI issues in enterprise products powered by generative AI technology. You'll be a member of an interdisciplinary product team working in close collaboration with partners such as Research and product teams. As a contributor to this initiative, you'll conduct deep dives in partnership with Microsoft feature teams. You'll develop measurement artifacts, methods, practices, and tools for identifying, measuring, or mitigating RAI harms caused by large-scale language technologies. You'll use expertise in linguistics and the social sciences to identify patterns across different content harms and capture those patterns in methods, practices, resources, and tools that can be applied across different language technologies, use cases, and deployment contexts.
Qualifications:
