Hourly rate for this position is $15.00.

Primary Purpose:

The primary purpose of the Reservationist is to provide superior guest service in assisting guests with reservations, cancellations and questions in an efficient and timely manner.

Work Performed:

The Reservationist will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:

Promptly answer telephone calls, greet callers with a positive and clear voice. Make guest reservations and/or cancellations. Answer inquires pertaining to hotel services, registration, shopping, dining and travel directions Handle credit card transactions for reservations in an efficient, secure and accurate manner.

Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.

Qualifications:

Preferred Experience: Previous guest service or reception experience

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Other Requirements: Weekend and Holiday hours included
