Handle all reservations efficiently through various channels, including phone, email, and online platformsOptimize room sales in alignment with the hotel's sales policies and brand standardsProvide warm, professional assistance to guests and address their inquiries promptlyManage the reservation process meticulously, following brand-specific proceduresEnter reservation details accurately and communicate information to relevant departmentsCollaborate with other hotel teams to ensure seamless guest experiencesGenerate and send reservation confirmations with attention to detailAssist in maximizing room occupancy and revenue through effective upselling techniquesStay updated on hotel promotions, packages, and special offers to inform guests accuratelyMaintain a high level of accuracy in all administrative tasks related to reservationsQualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plusStrong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiencesAdaptability to handle various communication channels effectively
