Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities: 

Assist with calls from and to customers.Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment, reservation management, and placement.Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to help balance regional market inventory levels and meet future demand.Examine reports that facilitate the efficient allocation of equipment and customer reservations that contribute to the creation of equipment availability.Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalentWorking knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and emailProficient in customer service, time management, and multitasking
