We currently have a fantastic opportunity within our Reservations Team based at Kauri Cliffs, Northland. This exciting opportunity has become available for a person with Hotel or Travel industry experience. 

Reporting to the Reservations Manager you will be a member of the Rosewood NZ Reservations Team. More than simply a hotel reservations department selling rooms, our team deliver multi-property itineraries including activities, golf, spa, experiences, and transportation to a discerning clientele.

It is desirable, but not essential, that the successful candidate has previous reservations experience, with excellent communication, coordination, and administrative skills.

Your skills and abilities:

An intuitive passion for systems and processes An understanding of (and background in) luxury hospitality and / or tourismA commitment to high standards of accuracy with excellent serviceAbility to manage relations with internal and external stakeholders, guests and trade clients Strong technical skills with various online applications, MS Office, PMS Systems, Inventory Distribution platforms. Robertson Lodges utilise RMS and Synxis – while experience in these systems is highly desired, it is not mandatory. Driven and hard working with a ‘can do' attitude. Being proactive you'll happily tackle anything!And of course, the ability to manage your own work, ability to juggle more than one job at a time and a strong desire to succeed

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is qualified yet eager to grow, as this position will adapt and develop in line with business needs adopting and implementing technology to serve the guest experience, or drive efficiency.

This position is full time, and based in Northland. You are required to work onsite. 

The Central Reservations Department for Rosewood NZ operates 7-days per week. You will work Mon – Fri, and the odd weekend is required as travel is required from time to time.
