Job Description
We are currently looking for a Reservations Manager to join our leadership team as Head of Department at Rosewood London. The Reservations Manager is entrusted with overseeing all aspects of the reservations department and reports to the Cluster Director of Revenue Management.
Key expectations of this roleTaking a leadership role in engaging with guests, associates and business partners to meet and exceed their needs.Acting as a coach and mentor to a team of associates to ensure high engagement levels, people development and highest associate retention to strengthen the company culture.Managing cost and revenue to maximise profits without impact on brand, or quality standards.Showing a sound understanding of the London hotel market to retain and increase the hotel’s RevPAR performance among its competitors. Proactively attracting and selecting talent for the department in line with company procedures and culture.
ProfileProven understanding of managing medium size teams having to maintain highest levels of attention to detail A thorough understanding of leading and developing people effectively.The ability to work in a fast paced environment without losing focus on ultra-luxury guest serviceA thorough understanding of managing various stakeholders and their expectations.
