Contact Centers assist customers with travel concerns, administer refunds, handle flight recovery, conduct quality assurance checks, and more.

The Customer Contact Center is the go-to contact for customers who have questions about their travel, their MileagePlus accounts and more. This department also helps customers book and manage reservations.

This position is located in Vicente Lopez, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

 

Job overview and responsibilities

\tSells consultatively\tCommunicates information to customers regarding fares, rates, schedules, routings, travel documents (Visa/Passports, etc.), flight arrival and departure times or related services, in a pleasant, well-modulated voice and courteous manner\tResolves customer conflicts requiring handling or service\tArranges for ticketing and other special services\tNotifies customers of flight irregularities and changes in schedules\tAssists company employees in arranging business and personal travel plans\tOperates computer terminal equipment to access, input and retrieve information\tThis position is offered on local terms and conditions\tExpatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded

Qualifications

Required 

\tHigh School diploma/GED or equivalent\tMust be at least 18 years of age\tBasic computer skills required\tMust be flexible to work any shift in a 24/7 operation including nights, weekends and holidays\tAble to work a part-time schedule \tAble to work in a call center environment\tMust be legally authorized to work in Argentina for any employer without sponsorship\tMust be fluent in English and Spanish (speak, read and write)\tSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualification\tReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred

\tCollege degree\tPrefer one year of experience in sales, customer contact, or other related work \tHold valid passport and U.S Visa
