\n\t\t\t\t\t

Position Summary:\nThis position is primarily responsible for selling the company Product to Travel Agencies and direct guests, providing telephone customer support services by performing the following duties.\n\nEssential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:\n- Exceeds travel partner and guest expectations through the completion of all reservation and sales related processes as listed.\n- Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales.\n- Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices, and payment terms.\n- Takes payments accurately.\n- Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products and services.\n- Answers questions and recommends corrective services to address customer complaints.\n- Overcomes technical and business objections of prospective customers.\n- Builds and maintains customer relationships.\n- Oversees quality control of bookings to maintain integrity of product.\n- Handles high call volume, navigates system software, and utilizes Outlook.\n- Books cruises, generates invoices, and follows up with travel agents and/or direct guests.\n- Develops and nurtures relationships with travel agencies and/or direct clients.\n- Updates and maintains the reservation data base and verifies client information and makes necessary corrections to new and existing bookings.\n- Requests air quotes through in-house air department.\n- Quotes prices and payment terms.\n\nThese are NOT Call Center candidates. They want people similar to Beachbody but prioritize experience and ability to speak to people more than customer service experience.\nTravel experience is a huge plus so airlines or cruise lines (there are quite a few in this area)\nThey are looking for scheduling, organization and ability to adapt more than customer service experience.

Other skills, abilities, qualifications:\n\n- Excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal communication, and computer skills.\n- Clear and conceptual thinking ability is a plus.\n- Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, meet deadlines, and handle work-related stress is required.\n- Friendly, courteous, service-oriented, professional, outgoing, and customer service oriented.\n- Remains calm and professional in stressful situations.\n- Detail-oriented and works effectively under pressure while meeting all applicable deadlines.\n- Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.\n- Recognizes problems, identifies possible causes, and resolves routine problems.\n- Ability to establish and maintain professional atmosphere for employees, clients, and customers.\n- Ale to work a flexible schedule to include weekends.\n- Good knowledge, preferably through personal experience, of world geography, foreign countries.\n- At least three (3) years of sales and/or customer service experience or a combination of both.\n- Requires a result-oriented sales professional with strong closing skills.\n- Requires domestic and international travel on an as needed basis.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.15 - $21.15/hr.
