About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Reservoir Engineer to maximize production from client reservoirs through effective reservoir management, surveillance, and opportunity maturation. You will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to optimize performance and contribute to innovative digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities – not limited to the below:
? Optimize Reservoir Performance – Maximize production and minimize decline through proactive reservoir management and surveillance.
? Production Improvement – Identify and mature workover, stimulation, and optimization opportunities in collaboration with Field Operations, Drilling, and Well Delivery teams.
? Reservoir Surveillance – Plan and execute surveillance activities, analyze production data, and recommend improvements.
? Modeling & Analysis – Conduct dynamic reservoir simulations, history matching, decline curve analysis, and well performance evaluations.
? Digital & Innovation – Implement data-driven solutions to enhance reservoir management practices.
? Technical Leadership – Support junior engineers, contribute to cross-functional studies, and provide technical insights for decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
? Education: Bachelor's (Master’s preferred) in Reservoir Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
? Experience: 6+ years in reservoir management, with hands-on experience in dynamic modeling, history matching (Eclipse/IX), and business analytics.
? Skills: Strong analytical mindset, expertise in carbonate reservoirs, data-driven problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration.
