Shift: Full-time with a flexible 6AM-8AM start time Schedule: Five days per week: Monday-Friday  Pay: $24.00 per hour + Overtime Monthly Car and Mileage Reimbursement Day 1 Benefits with Early Buy-In Option: Medical, Dental, Vision, Vacation Pay and Paid Holidays 401k with Employer Match Opportunities for advancement Field based work environment supporting grocery stores and other beverage outlets throughout the East Bay area Certified Great Place to Work 2024- For the Fourth Consecutive Year Position Summary: The Reset Specialist assists the department to attain the best strategic positioning for the Reyes Beverage portfolio while helping coordinate efforts for retail accounts and Reyes Beverage. The Reset Specialist is responsible, in part, for helping make strategic decisions to grow sales and market share for the retailer, category, and Reyes Beverage. The Reset Specialist will aid in positioning Reyes Beverage as a leader in Category Management. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Establish partnerships and make headquarter calls with buyers, retailers, store owners and suppliers to become the preferred/trusted category partner to grow Reyes and the retailer’s sales Use syndicated data and in-house reporting tools to develop a strategy that is unique to each retailer to grow sales for the retailer and Reyes Manage the reset calendar to efficiently utilize resources across Reyes branches Travel to other Reyes branches and retailer headquarter calls to sell the category management process and/or train personnel Draft planograms that are beneficial to the retailer and category using computer-based space management software Use surveys and technical equipment to accurately record current and future intelligence Lead/Participate in both chain and independent resets for Reyes to ensure stores are reset to the mandated schematic by physically moving and organizing the placement of cold and warm product within the store as outlined in the schematic drawn Other projects or duties as assigned Required Skills and Experience: High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of related experience Must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis Communication, computer, customer service, and time management skills Travel – 25% This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test Preferred Skills and Experience: 3-years of DSD beverage sales experience Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Space Planning Software Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary to convey information to all constituents Demonstrate a basic level of understanding of category management process and technology Reinforce and apply category strategies for Reyes to improve sales and profitability and to increase market share Bachelor’s degree in business or another related field Physical Demands and Work Environment: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
