Resets Remodel Lead
Join our dynamic overnight reset and remodel team at SPAR, a leader in retail construction! We're seeking a full time Lead to lead a dedicated 3-4 person team, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while working Sunday to Saturday overnight shifts, approximately 60 hours per week. As the onsite senior supervisor of our team, you'll travel to various retail chains, patching/installing drywall, painting interior walls and installing perimeter signage, decals and hanging signs. Successful candidates are self-starters, thrive in fast-paced environments, and uphold high standards of workmanship, ensuring each remodel exceeds expectations.

Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and work overnights shiftsAbility to read & follow blueprintsComputer experience with Microsoft Office SuiteBig Box home improvement reporting programsComfortable working at heights (20 feet) and climbing ladderExperience with wall prep, drywall repair, drywall installation, and paintingCertified equipment operator – scissor lift – will trainExperience in using basic hand and power tools (must provide own gloves, utility knife, and power tools)Construction experienceStrong teamwork and communication skillsReliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferredPersonal cell phone and valid email addressProfessional appearance and demeanorAppropriate work footwear is required to be worn on the jobsite
