Position Summary  

The Residency Coordinator is responsible for the administration of day-to-day operations of the residency program ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education and American Board of Family Medicine. The Residency Coordinator acts as the central coordinator between faculty, attending physicians, residents, medical students, the residency program clinical practice, other institutional departments, and regulatory authorities.  Oversees medical education, provides program/project planning, budgeting and assessment, develops and implements operational policies and procedures.


Minimum Qualifications 

Minimum Education:  High school diploma or equivalent required.  Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field or discipline.Minimum Experience:  Five to seven years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified strongly preferred.
