Maintains, and facilitates all residency curricular components, including coordination of all departmental residency rotation schedules, curricular documents, and evaluation components.

Job Description:

Principle Responsibilities

Coordination and Scheduling.Coordinates, facilitates, and maintains resident physician training schedules and rotation curriculum.Serves as a liaison between all curricular rotations and the residency program.Partners with residents and faculty to develop and update curriculum and schedules.Project and Time Management.Acts as the residency computer application "super-user", and coordinates all curricular and residency program evaluation components.Facilitates and maintains scheduling and curriculum action items from program/departmental meetings.Partners with project teams regarding grants and research related to residency rotations and schedules.Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferredAssociate's or Vocational degree required orMust commit to enroll in an Associate's program within 6 months of hire and obtain an Associate's degree within four (4) years of hire requiredResidency program administration experience preferred5+ years of previous administrative experience preferred

Physical Demands

Light Work:Lifting weight Up to 20 lbs. occasionally, Up to 10 lbs. frequently

Pay Range

Pay Range: $22.71 to $31.13 per hour

The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
