As a member of the residency leadership team, the Residency Program Coordinator has the primary responsibility for the management of the residency program. This position partners with GME Leaders, Program Director(s) and faculty in developing and maintaining the educational quality of the training program and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and other regulatory requirements while continuously identifying areas for programmatic improvements. The Residency Program Coordinator collaborates with other residency coordinators to ensure alignment between programs. The Residency Program Coordinator manages the resident recruitment and selection process, the day-to-day operations of the residency program, and the resident onboarding activities. The Residency Program Coordinator participates in long-range planning and development of the program, provides financial analysis, and serves as a resource to residents to ensure they receive an excellent learning experience.

Required Qualifications:
3 years - Minimum of 3-5 years of office administration experience, preferably in a healthcare and/or education setting.Preferred Qualifications:
