Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

This National Account Associate engages with the broader Residential National Accounts team and existing or prospective customers to increase sales of products & services with a general focus on Residential National Accounts. The individual in this role will provide inside sales support for the Residential National Account team.  Additionally, this individual will provide Residential National Account customer support.  Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to, order processing, inventory management, return & warranty support, dispute resolution, coordination of onsite technical, sales & operations training, dealer performance reviews, dealer onboarding and sales reporting. 

  

Duties include but are not limited to: 

Shares a portfolio of national accounts within a team setting and collaborates to complete work in an efficient and effective manner. Handles internal and external customer inquiries via phone and email communication with a high level of professionalism and finesse. Establishes and maintains good customer relations by providing timely, professional, and accurate service to internal and external customers. Works closely with the distribution, marketing, stores, and salesforce teams to ensure internal and external customer expectations are met.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requires an associate degree and at least 2 years related experience. Bachelor's degree preferred. 

 
Requires strong abilities with building internal and external relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time. Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Knows principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Must exhibit solid written and verbal communication skills.  Must be very proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), Salesforce CRM platform and SAP.

Compensation:

This is a salaried exempt role. The total compensation range for this role and market is between $63K to $83K annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.  Company Car/Fuel card will be provided.

 

Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.  Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
