Summary 

 

The Resident Administrator is responsible for administrative duties to support the needs of our high-profile apartment communities. This position requires high attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. 

 

Responsibilities 

 

Schedule and complete applicant certifications and resident re-certificationsMaintain computer databasesPrepare weekly and monthly compliance reportsAdministrative tasks such as copying, filing, scheduling, distributing mail, and answering phonesMaintain resident, maintenance, and vendor filing systemsOrganize and publicize resident activitiesProvide excellent customer service to residents and vendorsAttend annual trainings and comply with the Fair Housing ActAssist with projects as needed

 

Qualifications  

 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong computer skills including MS Word, Outlook and Excel; Yardi a plusExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail and follow throughAble to work independently, prioritize, meet multiple deadlines and work as a team member
