Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.Additional pay for evening and overnight shifts!

We are looking for a Resident Assistant whom would be responsible for providing personal cares and designated health related services to enhance and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being at our St Louis Park, MN Assisted Living and Memory Care building. This position will also be trained to pass medications.  NO CNA/MN NAR required, unless under 18 years old.

 

This caregiver position includes;

Responsibilities/Job Description Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.Under direction of Nurse provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.Performs specified home services as needed such as; laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staffAssists with on-boarding of new staff Qualifications

Required Skills:

Communicate effectively, with empathy and compassion for residents and coworkersWork in a team setting and support othersWork with a diverse and elderly populationIf under 18 must be on the MN NA registry

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
