Overview We are looking for a Resident Assistant who would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain our senior assisted living/memory care residents’ physical and emotional well-being at our beautiful community in Naples, FL. This resident assistant/caregiver schedule includes; Casual hours - pick up at least three shifts a month Day, Evening, Night Shift available Holidays and weekends as needed Cash Out Wages Before Payday with our New Benefit of Early Wage Access! Responsibilities Job Description Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts. Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse. May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities. Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff Assists with onboarding of new staff Qualifications Required: Ability to communicate optimally, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers Ability to work in a team setting and support others Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population CNA certified if under 18 Preferred: High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course Previous work experience as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCA Benefit Overview
