A residential assistant would work with our nursing team assisting the residents with activities of daily living, passing meds, making beds and providing personal care.
Responsibilities:
Assistance with activities of daily livingMedication and bathing assistanceResponding to the nurse call and pendant systemParticipate in leading day and weekend activitiesQueuing and orienting residents/prep residents for community appointmentsAssistance with dressing, safety checks, and more.In addition Resident Assistants (RA) assist in the dining room with resident menu selection and serving residents and their guests.What you will need:
High school diploma/GED preferredPatience and compassionExperience in healthcare preferred but willing to train!Ability to lift, push or pull up to 30 lbsPay Range: $17.50 - $19.20
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
