RA Responsibilities: + Assist with transporting residents. + Distribute clothing protectors before meals. + Serve meal trays and assist with meal setup as needed. + Make beds, tidy resident rooms, and refill water pitchers. + Conduct rounds to ensure cleanliness of the units. + Respond to call bells promptly. + Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Qualifications: + Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently. + Strong moral character, patience, and a caring attitude toward the geriatric population. + Willingness to follow directions and learn new concepts and procedures. + Ability to remain on your feet for the majority of the workday. + Full range of motion for tasks such as kneeling, reaching, and lifting. + Physically capable of lifting or moving up to 35 lbs without assistance.
