Aspirus Langlade Hospital is seeking a Resident Assistant to join our Rosalia Gardens Assisted Living team!
The Resident Assistant provides personal assistance, activity planning and housekeeping services to residents of Rosalia Gardens, the CBRF. The Resident Assistant will follow a written plan of care prepared by a team of professionals working towards providing the greatest amount of autonomy possible. Reports directly to Rosalia Gardens Manager.
HOURS: Fulltime or Part Time; PM Shift or NOC Shift
Responsibilities:
Completes personal care and coordinates appropriate activities assigned. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physician.Plans and facilitates appropriate life activities for residents of CBRF.Works to create a unique home like environment with co-workers and residents.Performs other related tasks as assigned by Rosalia Gardens Manager.Employee Benefits:
