TheResident Care Assistantis responsible for providing resident services, including assistance with personal care, medication reminders, social and recreational activities, meal services, and other tasks as needed to facilitate the continued wellbeing of the resident. The Resident Care Assistant must be sensitive to the needs and desires of each resident and attempt to improve and enrich their lives.

Minimum Qualifications\:

Ability to project a professional imageAbility to learn AL regulatory standards and compliance requirementsStrong organizational skillsAbility to be on your feet for long periodsAbility to help lift residents with assistance

Education and/or Experience\:

High school diploma or equivalent preferredExperience with seniors preferred
