Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Resident Care Assistant In this role to support the 30 residents in our Assisted Living residence.
What You’ll Do
Assist residents with personal cares, daily activities while helping them maintain as much independence and dignity as possible Other responsibilities could include medication management, light housekeeping, and a variety of other tasks Memory Care cross trainingWhat You’ll Need
Previous direct care experience, preferred Experience with medication management, CNA. and/or CBRF certification is beneficial, but not required - We will train the right fit for our team! High school diploma or equivalent is required If under the age of 18, we can assist in getting you a waiver to work.Our Wages
Our starting rate is between $17.00 and $19.00 + per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Increases upon orientation completion, and regular wage reviews – we pay for high performance! We also offer a $3.00 NOC shift differential as well as a Weekend Differential and on-call and pick-up incentives.Qualifications for Higher Wages
CNA Training (any state) Completion of all 4 CBRF classes prior to hire CNA, Resident Care, or Home Health Experience Full Time PositionOur Benefits
