Overview Resident Care Coordinator - Memory Support Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 9am-5pm Pay: $22.00 - $29.57 / hour DOE The Rogue Valley Manor, Medford’s premier retirement community is seeking a full-time leader to join our team of in Memory Support. This position is directly responsible for the oversight and coordination of all aspects of care, support, and services for the residents within our memory support facility working directly with the administrator and nurse to ensure high-quality services are provided. The position requires active participation in the day to day experience in the facility and combines supervision, teaching, hands-on care, and leadership. The preferred candidate has: Caregiving and medication administration experience Exceptional written and oral communication Sound judgment, composure Able to build and maintain relationships.
