Hill International is looking for a Resident Construction Manager to oversee and manage a team of individuals while providing construction and project management services to our client. The ideal candidate is a registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and/or holds a NICET Level IV in Highway Construction certification, and/or a Certified Construction Manager certification.
