This job involves supervising a friendly on-site team to deliver a reliable and prompt records and information management service. The role covers:
Use of records management software to order and physically deliver documents to various client sites. Local sites serviced by our team, some long distance orders but not frequently, via the use of a transit vehicle. Full, clean driver’s licence (minor endorsements may be accepted). Loading and unloading of client data/assets securely and safely, at our depot or customers storage requests. Covering various records in all formats (paper, film, tape, microfiche) plus future digital prospects.Producing audits and monthly/annual reports for the client - ensuring compliance.Health and Safety training and attention necessary to ensure personal and team safety.Ensure protection of information and ensure service delivery with Iron Mountain is positive and without issues/delays.Monitor and safeguard several different accounts on the records management system - dealing with various queries and various warehouses/IM facilities.Flexibility in terms of visiting other sites over the UK and cleansing/migrating their data.Essential - PC skills covering data analysis, query and processing
Essential - Physically fit and able to carry boxes/used to manual handling.
Essential – Knowledge of data protection/security regulations
Desirable but not essential – IT related qualifications/degree
Desirable - Previous work in data security
This role will require application, through us, for National Security Clearance, DBS check, Credit check. Therefore any previous CCJs etc. would affect this.
