Job Summary The Resident District Manager at Bon Appétit plays a crucial role in leading and overseeing the food programs at Adobe's campuses in San Jose, San Francisco, Lehi, and Seattle. This position is responsible for driving strategy, innovation, and operational excellence to enhance Adobe’s food culture, emphasizing community, wellbeing, and nutrition. Key Responsibilities: + Account Leadership: Strategize and manage extensive food services including cafés, coffee bars, catering, and retail across all locations. + Client Relations: Maintain robust client relationships, align with Adobe’s values, and identify opportunities to elevate food experiences. + Operational Excellence: Ensure high-quality service and adherence to health and safety standards, while monitoring key performance indicators for profitability and employee engagement. + Team Leadership: Lead a team comprising over 30 managers and 200+ staff, fostering strong performance across various operational roles. + Financial Oversight: Manage a financial portfolio exceeding $25M, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. + Innovation: Implement innovative food programs that integrate technology and marketing to boost engagement and community wellness. + Event Leadership: Manage high-standard catering and special events that reflect Adobe’s commitment to creativity and inclusivity. + Culture Champion: Promote a hospitality-first mindset that aligns with Adobe’s culture of creativity and human-centric design. Preferred Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field, with at least 8 years of leadership experience in multi-unit foodservice. + Proven track record in managing large-scale operations and familiarity with P&L, compliance, and contract management. + Strong capabilities in leadership, client relations, and strategic planning. + Expertise in event planning, catering, and current food industry trends. + Required certifications and skills include ServSafe® manager certification and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, and POS systems. + Ability to travel between sites as needed.
