Responsibilities:
Provide onsite support to troubleshoot and remediation for following technology: Network Infrastructure, Wireless connectivity and Printer Driver IssuesAssist in the following technology: System Infrastructure, Meeting Room Booking System (app), Door Access System [Key Card, Facial Scan, QR Code], Booking System (app), Skype & Microsoft Exchange and Printing FacilityProvide technical assistance and support for usersConduct routine maintenanceMinor network changes and setup (eg. new SSID creation, configure newnetwork point, etc.)Training (Policies & End User Computing Policies)Review of user access to ensure dormant/obsolete user accounts are removed or made inactive in the system in a timely manner following appropriate authorizationMaintain & ensure site documentation are up to dateResponsible for opening and closing of support tickets when applicable and providing timely updates to helpdesk personnel and customer for support cases that has been allocated to youWork closely with various team of engineers for troubleshooting.Qualifications:
Role is opened to fresh graduates (NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, Etc..)Graduates in relevant fields of studies (IT, Infocomm, Com Science, Etc..)People with 0 to 1 year of IT related working experience are welcomed to apply.Looking for candidates will a strong interest/passion to learn and grow in the technology space.Candidate should be customer oriented and able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.Candidates should be willing to perform after office hours activities and standby dutiesExisting knowledge/certification for network operations including network, wireless, security technologies will be an added advantage.Interested applicants please submit your application with your expected salary and notice period to be considered for the role.
