Job DescriptionAs a Field Service Representative, you’ll be on the front lines providing operations and maintenance
expertise on water treatment systems for one of our customers from one of a variety of industries. This
mission critical role involves working on a variety of technologies including media filtration, softening,
reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), and ultrafiltration (UF).

Conduct maintenance and calibration activitiesConsult with customer management and operation teamsExcellent mechanical know how and problem-solving skillsEnsure contract compliance of volume and quality specificationsOperate, monitor, and optimize equipment performanceDuties & Responsibilities
Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentationCreate and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performedMaintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement partsMonitor and maintain chemical injection systemsPerform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirementsComply with company and customer safety guidelines and requirementsOther duties as assignedQualificationsEducation & Experience
