The Residence Life Director is a 12-month live-in position on campus. The Residence Life Director is responsible for oversight of the residential life program at Bryant & Stratton College-Syracuse campus. This position includes educational, managerial and administrative functions to provide a residential environment reflective of the College’s core values. Expectations include managing/training the student Residential Hall Assistants and part-time Assistant Directors, developing quality programming alongside hall staff, mitigating roommate conflicts, assisting with judicial issues, and all administrative work related to the facility. The Residence Life Director works closely with multiple campus departments utilizing BSC’s personalized education approach to support student success and retention endeavors. This includes monitoring resident student’s attendance and progress alongside the students’ Academic Advisor. As a part of this job the Residence Life Director will be a part of the student services team, providing support and office coverage when necessary.
Salary:
$42,000 plus free room and board (meals covered for Fall and Winter semester only)
