We are seeking a Resident Project Representative to help support our growing Construction Management presence in California and other regions across the country.

Responsibilities Daily inspection (primary responsibility)Special Inspection (in areas where qualified)Leading Construction Progress MeetingsPreliminary review of Submittals, RFIs, RFCs, etc. to ensure they are complete prior to forwarding to engineers for formal reviewReview and acceptance of project schedule updatesReview and acceptance of project schedule of valuesPreliminary review of change ordersGeneration and maintenance (along with project engineers) of project punchlist.Review and recommendation of construction pay applicationsWeekly review of contractor record drawings to ensure accuracyAssistance in start-up and commissioning activities Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of construction experience including water and wastewater plants, pipelines, and pumping facilitiesCompletion of OSHA 10-hour safety course and other construction safety trainingProject lead experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust be willing to travel regularly and be working in the field full timeHigh School Diploma Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field Pay Range$113,000 to $209,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
