Position Summary: The Resident Services Clinical Supervisor is responsible for assisting with planning, directing, organizing, monitoring and staffing departmental services subject to policies, budgets, objectives and directives mandated by regulatory agencies, DNV and the hospital administrative team. Supervises and performs duties in Birchwood clerical and nursing office to ensure that all practices meet Montana Administrative Rules and Montana Code Annotated regulations as well as Bozeman Health Hillcrest Senior Living policies and procedures. Performs all the normal clerical responsibilities of scheduling, writing/editing policies, and resolving workflow problems. Also performs managerial responsibilities of completing the daily census, managing the department budget, and completing payroll.
