Resident Services Consultant - Bell Flatirons

As a Resident Services Consultant with Bell, you will have primary responsibilities as they pertain to interfacing with residents in the community, handling day-to-day issues with current residents, and coordinating the renewals of existing leases under the supervision of the Resident Services Manager. This position will provide excellent customer service to all residents, prospects, and visitors to the community. What we can offer you: + Opportunities for career growth + Total rewards benefits package + Family health insurance, 401(k) match, Vacation, Personal Days, and Sick time + Customized training programs + Associate referral bonus plan + Diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environment + A culture that empowers you to make a difference What you’ll do to make a difference: + Respond to residential complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner + Maintain a professional, friendly atmosphere in the office and public access areas + Complete, coordinate, and track progress of all work requests + Greet current and potential residents and assist with questions + Follow up on service requests to ensure satisfaction + Call move-ins shortly after the move-in for an introduction and to ensure residents’ satisfaction + Pull and log keys for vendors as required + Share ideas for improving resident satisfaction with the Resident Services Manager and/or community manager + Follow Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents + Follow up with residents throughout their lease terms and coordinate the renewal process for each lease + Provide clerical support such as maintaining the filing system, ordering office supplies, and refreshments as needed + Regular attendance and punctuality What you bring to our team: + BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, relevant experience, or a combination + 2+ years of multi-family leasing experience or 2+ years of B2B selling experience desired + Excellent oral and written skills + Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite preferred + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work on a team + Professional image and organization Physical requirements of the job: + Walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs. + Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materials + Must be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects Compensation Range Hourly: $23.00 - $24.00 Incentive compensation opportunities are available and are performance based.
