About the role: We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Resident Services Coordinator to assist with coordinating and promoting the independent living programs, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction and promote a positive image to the external community and outside community. You’ll be helping drive our residents to and from activities and performances including 3-7 overnight trips per year. You’ll be projecting an outgoing, friendly personality while meeting and greeting visitors as well as assisting residents and employees with their needs. How you’ll do it: Demonstrate Pacific Retirement Services’ (PRS) Core Values – excellence, innovation, integrity, stewardship, compassion, and collaboration – are ingrained into all aspects of your role. Create and coordinate programs with the outside community including schools, musical organizations, youth groups, and other organizations/individuals. Create a monthly calendar of events to meet the programming needs of residents. Assist in planning and executing community activities and events. Provide special event coordination for community programs. Prepare and distribute resident announcements regarding trips and activities. Front desk support as needed. About you: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clerical office work, reception, customer service, volunteer coordination, or a related field. Organizational skills, phone skills, and a professional phone voice. Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Class C Drivers License required, CDL Required within 3 months from the hire date.
