Resident Services Coordinator

Job Overview:

As the part-time Resident Services Coordinator, you will provide support to the community which includes assisting homeowners and performing other administrative duties to ensure we deliver exceptional services and solutions that enhance the value of the property and the lifestyle of the residents.  

Compensation: $20+ per hour, based on experience

FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Your Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative tasks (service requests, architectural requests, tracking deposits, process payments) Assist and follow up with homeowners, board members, and vendors Answer and direct phone calls in a polite, friendly and professional manner Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution Meet with homeowners in the lobby as needed Be knowledgeable of governing documents, rules and regulations Update new/existing owners' information forms in the appropriate system daily or as required Enter and process work orders for maintenance requests from homeowners Escalate issues as needed Assist in organizing community events and related materials Conduct routine compliance inspections and track violations Facilitate amenity access including acceptance of fees and distribution of access cards and other equipment to homeowners. Additional duties may be included as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills Outstanding communication skills Able to work collaboratively and cooperatively Superb judgment and decision-making skills Able to prioritize and adjust to incoming demands Proficient with MS Office suite

Education and Experience:

2+ Years of customer service experience required High School diploma or equivalent preferred HOA and/ or property management experience highly preferred

Physical Requirements:

Walk and move throughout the community common areas and facilities Sit or stand for extended periods of time in an office environment Able to safely lift, carry, and move up to 30 pounds

Work Location: Optima Biltmore Towers, 4808 N 24th St, Phoenix, AZ 85016

Work Hours: Monday - Friday; 8a -1p; offers up to 25 hours per week
